We provide a comprehensive support and service plan for businesses of all sizes. This service plan provides fast access to Help Desk personnel, instant remote-desktop client support, daily monitoring and maintenance of your network's backups, updates, patches, disk space, and overall health. This plan increases response times and lowers your billing rate at the same time! Once you've enrolled in our Managed Services Support Plan, you'll be able to quickly report and resolve your business's IT problems by relying on us – your new IT staff!
Block of Service Plan
Not sure if you need a full-scale IT management support plan? Our Block of Service Plan offers the benefits of lowering your hourly billing rate without having to sign up for a long term maintenance plan. This pre-paid block of time allows you to save money, reduce the number of checks you mail out, and will lower your billing rate even further when used in conjunction with our Managed Services Support Plan!
Unlike some other IT service providers, we still offer an hourly "pay as you go" service plan. It's simple – just call us when you need us, and we'll provide you with the same excellent service at a flat hourly rate!
